Hanging Wedding Paper Hearts

During my lunch hour a while ago, I walked by a nearby downtown bridal boutique. While I normally just check out the dresses as I walk by on my way to work, I actually paid attention to their window display this time. 

I loved the combo of white hanging lanterns, both lit and unlit. Somehow this combo made it seem more modern. I also liked how they added blue paper hearts, which reminded me of every bride's "something blue."

I think making these paper hearts would be do-able for any wedding, in any color scheme. All you would need is paper in the color of your choice, glue, monofilament to hang, and {I'm sure} a lot of patience! 

*I apologize for the crazy reflective pics. I took these really fast while on my lunch break, trying not to draw attention to myself. None the less, some man asked me if "I wanted him to take a picture of me in front of the dress"...... um, no thanks!
